Pre-Felt Sheets

Pre-felt consists of fibres that have not been fulled into a finished felt product. It has been felted sufficiently that it holds its shape and allows additional fibres to be added before being finished into solid felt. It is useful in nuno felting, wet felting, and as backgrounds for needle felting projects.
