Spend a fun evening learning how to needle felt a 6” x 4” wool painting of a serene winter morning with Birch trees and a pair of Cardinals. Fibre artist Cathy Disbrow will show you how to stab wool into a felt sheet canvas using a special needle to create your own masterpiece. Learn how to attach the wool fibres, blend wool colours, shading and highlights, and other needle felt tips and techniques. Cathy will help each of you individually if you are stuck or if you need more instruction.

Materials included in the cost: Wool, 2 needles, and a wool felt sheet with drawing on it. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during class and can be purchased separately.
