Needle Felt Fall Gourds All-Day Workshop

Get into the Fall spirit by learning how to needle felt a fun seasonal project. Fibre artist and instructor, Cathy Disbrow, will teach you a variety of techniques so you can needle felt the different shapes and styles of those cute Fall mini gourds: you will learn how to felt warts, blend colors, wrap stems, add ribs, and much more. Goose-necked, mini-pumpkins, pear shaped, round…the choices are limitless. Beautiful, handmade seasonal decor that’s perfect as a Thanksgiving hostess gift, tablescape or for decorating your home during the Autumn season. These gourds are really cute, fun to make and perfect for beginners.

Wool and 2 needles are included in the cost. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during the workshop and can be purchased separately.
