Needle Felt an Animal Ear Headband for Halloween

It’s almost Halloween and you still can’t find the perfect animal ears to go with your costume. What do you do? Well, look no further because you can make one yourself!

Have fun learning the art of needle felting while creating your own handmade animal ear headband to wear for Halloween (or year-round). Students can choose to needle felt any animal ears that are similar to a cat’s ear: wolf, fox, tiger, bear, dog, and more. You will wrap wool around a metal cat-ear headband and color it to suit the animal ears you want to make, as there will be a variety of wool colours to choose from. You’ll also learn to make the fuzzy tufts that stick out of an animal’s ear. This workshop is great for any level of needle felter and suitable for teens and adults.

Wool, 2 needles, and a wireframe headband are included in the cost. Foam pads will be available for students to use and may be purchased after class.
