
Needle Felt a Gnome Ornament Workshop

Learn the art of needle felting figures by stabbing wool into a cheeky Gnome ornament. Fibre artist Cathy Disbrow will teach you how to wrap wool into a cone shape on a skewer, properly attach the beard locks, how to sculpt wool to create a nose and stab attach it on. These gnomes are fun decor and perfect gifts for the upcoming holiday season. Gnome is approx. 3.5” tall.
Come early (noon) to take the tour as part of your workshop ticket. Learn the history of the Ireland House.

Materials are included in the price. You get 2 felting needles and wool. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during the workshop and can be purchased separately. Museum tour is also included.
