Needle Felt a Snowman Ornament Workshop

This workshop is part of VAM’s Art Night Out series. Have an evening of fun with fibre artist and instructor Cathy Disbrow and learn to needle felt a Snowman figure. Students will learn various needle felting techniques which include creating a ball shape, wrap a carrot nose, how to attach a head, and needle felting a scarf and earmuffs. Cathy will show you how to string up snowman if you want to make yours an ornament. After the workshop, stay for refreshments and a live musical performance in the MacEwan Barn from 8:15 – 9:00 p.m.

Wool and 2 needles are included in the cost. Foam pads will be available for students to use and may be purchased after class.
