Think Spring and learn the art of needle felt painting by creating a stunning Monarch Butterfly masterpiece. In this 2-session class, fibre artist and instructor Cathy Disbrow will teach students various 2-D needle felting techniques while they create this beautiful work of wool art, using a special needle to stab sheep wool into a felt sheet. The 4″ x 6″ size is perfect for framing.
Needles, wool, and wool felt sheet to create your painting are included in the cost. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during class and can be purchased separately.
